STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER  

1.       If you are new to our program, click on the REGISTER NOW button at top right of the screen on the home page.  Ensure your email and home addresses are correct!  This is critical to obtain region updates and information.

2.  All returning players can click LOGIN. 

2.       Important to know-When first creating an account the parent information is the very first to be entered.  The participant is the player that you are registering to play soccer. Please carefully check for errors before submitting to e-sign the registration form, these errors are difficult to fix.

3.       All new players to our Region will need to show proof of date of birth.

4.       Our organization is run by volunteers, please be a part of our region and sign up as a coach, referee or fields maintenance. We provide training and certifications for coaches and referees.  Sign up as a volunteer for the age division your child is playing in. This makes it easier for us to find you in our system and link you with the team your child will be on.  Volunteer’s are critically needed to continue the region's success.  Volunteers will be reimbursed for the required background check fee by check.

5.       Please pay online with a credit or debit card if possible. We do accept Money Orders and personal checks to AYSO 859, but CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, $25 IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Please see our full drop and refund policy.

6.       Ensure you review the concussion information sheet.  Click view/print forms next to each player's name once you complete registration. If you made the registration payment online, please print the receipt or email as proof of payment.

     The AYSO registration fee that we pay to national AYSO is now going to show up as a line item at the end of player registration. This is NOT a new fee, we pay this each year for all our players, it is just a new way to see it. This change was requested by national AYSO. You will not pay the fee more than once during the AYSO year which includes Fall and Spring Sessions.  The national fee helps pay for insurance and curriculum and also gives us access to equipment at better prices.

We strive to provide low cost soccer to our community. Your fee pays for a complete uniform in the fall and player participation awards, the fee also helps cover field maintenance costs and insurance. Players keep their uniform from Fall into Spring unless there is a team change or size issue.  Region #859 knows that parents don't have time for mandatory fundraising, so we do our best to work within our budget and we are actively seeking sponsorship and grants to defray rising costs rather than passing them to our soccer families.

Please, take note of our refund policy: Greencastle Galaxy AYSO can not refund the National Fee. We also can not refund any processing fees accrued during payment. Uniforms are ordered 4 to 5 weeks before the first game. After uniforms are ordered, a 50% refund may be given. No refunds will be given after the first practice.
